Three ingredent peanut butter cookies

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 1 cup Peanut butter
  • 1 large Egg
  • 3 1/2 graham crackers (optional)

Directions

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. In a medium sized bowl mix together one cup sugar, one large egg, and one cup peanut butter, if your dough is too sticky or you want extra texture you can break up graham crackers in a ziplock bag (about 3 1/2 graham crackers) and add to bowl. Divide and roll into balls then place on a tray with silpat or parchment. Press down the ball with a fork. Then cook for 8 to 10 minutes. IN ANY RECIPE ALWAYS ROTATE THE TRAY HALF WAY THROUGH.
